YOGA

Regular Yoga practice instils a deep sense of inner health and tranquility. It helps cultivate a conscious awareness of our breath, mind and body as we move through our daily lives. Hummingbird offers a range of different Yoga classes to suit all levels of experience. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Our lovely Yoga space is purpose built to maximise the surrounding landscape and to help inspire our connection to the safe sounds and sights of nature.

MEDITATION

You will learn passive and active mindfulness techniques that can be easily integrated into your daily life. Suitable for everybody, these simple exercises will help quieten busy minds and disruptive emotions. Meditation will assist in balancing your mind and body as a spiritual whole, connecting you with your deeper listening and inner knowingness (your YULENDJ). Cradled by bushland in a quiet valley, Hummingbird is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday living.
